Once the form is completed, a GHT administrator will contact you via email during regular office hours to review any missing information and/or answer any questions you may have. We are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST.
*Please NOTE: In order to register for a Professional Development Course, teachers MUST register first with the academic institution offering the course. Once you have completed the academic registration, please proceed as per below.
To complete the travel application, have the following information ready to expedite your registration:
- Trip code listed on the brochure and/or provided from your trip coodinator at the educational institution
- Passport information
- Form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or cheque only)
